Full-Time Data Entry Clerk, Bilingual English & Spanish
Amazing Home Care is actively seeking motivated and experienced Full-Time Data Entry Clerk to perform all clerical functions for the agency, including mailing, filing, communicating within the agency, data entry, chart maintenance, business office activities, typing, and ability to function in a multi-skilled environment; which requires the application of customer service. The candidate should be bilingual in English and Spanish.

* Prints and maintains the patient census, and confers with management staff on a timely basis to reconcile any changes or errors. * Provides information to patients and agency staff as required. * Helps maintain the patient clinical records in the proper order; facilitates the chart completion process. * Answers telephones promptly and courteously and communicates messages to appropriate staff. * Performs errands and other duties as necessary. * Complies with all agency and departmental safety, infection control and disaster procedures. * Maintains patient confidentiality. * Processes orders. * Assists with data entry and typing. * Participates in performance improvement activities. * In an emergency, performs other duties necessary for the welfare of patients or the efficient operations of the agency.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
